Forest hardwood Black Charcoal

Hardwood Black Charcoal General purpose is for heating and cooking.The application is for agriculture and stock farming.It is also easy to burn and pink enough to be used. Although, they are produced in a basically similar manner with the white charcoal but these charcoals are made by different methods of burning. Generally, to make black charcoal the wood is carbonized at temperatures between 400 and 700 °C.

Production Process

Put the hardwood into the kiln after cut with the correct size ( normally is 1m)
The hardwood will be set on fire by steaming method to protect hardwood against flame about 20 days
Make cooling the black charcoal naturally within from 7 to 10 days by sealed the kiln and put it out of the kilns.
